Contemplation
I am always thinking, observing, analyzing myself and others. This is followed by acceptance. We all experience emotions that pull us into a deeper mood. For some this is scary and others it is purely a thought process. Or a fluctuation of emotions, causing empathy, fear, caution, awareness,. What emotion does this bring you? As an artist, art therapist and psychotherapist I am always seeing peoples psyche very easily trying to help them balance their emotions.
