Phalakāsana

Phalakāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and non traditional tools. It is titled after the High Plank pose in modern yoga. High Plank is used in some forms of the Sun Salutations and strengthens the arms, wrists and spine. This large scale abstract artwork is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.
