This abstract painting is titled after the Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Low Plank) a foundational posture in many yoga traditions, especially within Vinyasa and Ashtanga sequences. The Four-Limbed Staff Pose strengthens the arms, shoulders, chest, and core while cultivating stability and endurance throughout the body. The painting’s abstract imagery is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.
